Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Supervise and support office staff, including training and development
- Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resources
- Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate with medical management teams and managed care organizations
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO standards and regulatory requirements
- Handle human resources responsibilities such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for administrative tasks
- Send claims, close claims, enter insurance payments.
- Delinquent accounts follow ups, collect balances.
- Risk management duties and making sure that office is HIPPA, OSHA, and state board complaint.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
- Familiarity with utilization management practices and fiscal responsibilities
- Knowledge of JCAHO standards and compliance requirements
- Experience supervising staff and implementing human resources policies
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.01 - $27.71 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
