**Job Summary**:
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Directly manages a team of employees.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and managing performance for direct reports.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- ** eCommerce Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with company sales goals and market trends.
- ** Website Management**: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the eCommerce website, ensuring optimal user experience, functionality, and performance.
- ** Driving Sales**: Ability to drive sales through our operations/sales team to penetrate our current customer base and acquire new customers.
- ** Product Management**: Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels on the eCommerce platform. Ensure accurate product information and availability.
- ** Customer Experience Optimization**: Identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience. Implement strategies to enhance the user interface, navigation, checkout process, and customer service.
- ** Analytics, Reporting & Budget**: Track and analyze eCommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, sales, budgets, and customer lifetime value. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives.
- ** Partnership Management**: Cultivate relationships with eCommerce platform providers, technology vendors, and third-party service providers. Evaluate new tools and solutions to enhance eCommerce capabilities and efficiency.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce management or related roles (WooCommerce, WordPress experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in variety of digital technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Sage 300, PowerBI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending in-person and virtual online meetings, and use of standard office equipment.
- Ability to travel for work related activities, when needed.
