Shopify E-commerce Website Manager

Tranya, a fast-growing e-commerce business primarily dealing in Earbuds and Smartwatches, We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Ecommerce Website Manager to join our team and take ownership of our Shopify store. You will be a data-driven professional with a passion for ecommerce and a strong understanding of Google Ads. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of our online store, from product listings and website optimization to crafting and running effective Google Ads campaigns to drive sales.

**Responsibilities**
- **Product Management**:
○ Create and edit high-quality product listings on Shopify, including compelling descriptions, titles, and accurate information.

○ Manage product inventory levels and update stock availability.

○ Optimize product images and ensure they are visually appealing and high-resolution.

○ Categorize products logically and ensure easy navigation for customers.
- **Website Optimization**:
○ Maintain a user-friendly and visually appealing storefront on Shopify.

○ Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic traffic.

○ Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Shopify Analytics and other tools.

○ Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase website conversion rates.
- **Google Ads Management**:
○ Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to target relevant audiences and promote products.

○ Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for your campaigns.

○ Set campaign budgets and monitor performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions).

○ Analyze campaign data and make adjustments to optimize performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).

○ Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads features and best practices.
- **Customer Experience**:
○ Manage customer inquiries and requests through Shopify or other channels.

○ Process returns and exchanges efficiently.

○ Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Technical Skills**:
○ Proven experience working with Shopify platform and its functionalities.

○ Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS is a plus.

○ Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues on the website.

○ Google Ads certification (preferred).
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

○ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an ecommerce website on Shopify.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and conversion optimization strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- A passion for e-commerce and online marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
