**Field Service Manager**

**Reports to**: Operations Manager**

The Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring all customers and employees are beyond content. The Field Service Manager should be able to organize the crews to ensure crew satisfaction and maximum productivity. Site visits to crews will need to be performed daily to ensure level and proper quality. Placing and assisting in training new Crew Members and Leaders will be a frequent task. Proper communication between Crew Leaders, Crew Members, and Operations Manager is essential. Adhering to the daily changing needs of the crews is essential to employee satisfaction. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for all inventory checks and responsible for restocking necessary equipment. Day to day the Field Service Manager will be responsible for preparing and delivering a department wide meeting to cover topics of safety and informative production notes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Communicate with Clients
- Work with crews daily
- Create and see through all calendar notes
- Fulfill all clients needs, wants, and personal requests
- Organize Crews in grounds department
- Organize all schedules in grounds department
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure employee satisfaction
- Ability to think outside the box to get the job done
- Good understanding of grounds maintenance and landscape work
- Understanding of proper level of quality
- Staffing
- Routing
- Asset tracking

**Skill Requirements**
- Landscape and grounds knowledge
- Excellent communication skill via all communication platforms
- Time management skills
- Able to use all landscape equipment
- Willing to be outside and inside for parts of the day
- Willing to work in all types of weather
- Positive attitude and will to represent Cross Creek well
- Able to work everyday
- Excellent punctuality
- Never misses work
