Emmaus Inc., a non-profit in Haverhill MA, is seeking a part time, **20 hours a week Bi-lingual Haitian Creole Case Manager **to become part of our hard-working, solutions-driven team. Make a difference in the lives of homeless parents and children by helping them to rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.

We are looking for an energetic, supportive and committed **Bi-lingual Haitian Creole Case Manager** to welcome and support Haitian families residing in Emmaus’ Family Shelter. Duties include conducting intakes and orientations with new families, linking Haitian-speaking families to local education, health care and social service supports and providing crisis intervention as needed.

**Emmaus is willing to provide training and support to help the right person to grow into the job.**

**Requirements of the Case Manager**:

- **MUST be able to work Monday through Thursday, 11am-4pm**:

- **Bi-Lingual Haitian/English required**:

- Associates Degree in a human service related field is preferred but experience may be substituted for education.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Must have a driver’s license
- Must be able to pass screening for safe driving record and CORI check.
- **Must be fully vaccinated COVID-19 vaccination**:
