J**SUMMARY**:
Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of support activities for a small art studio located in Milwaukee, WI. Provides support services to the leadership and studio and oversees and/or participates in the coordination and completion of special projects. Maintains the studio’s physical and digital organizing system. Supports the accounting and bookkeeping with both vendor and client payments. Provides assistance in other tasks to insure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides confidential administrative support for the principal executives,
- Organize digital files, physical files, task lists, purchase orders, proposals, invoices, payments, etc. as prescribed by workflow system
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of marketing materials
- Annual Christmas Card mailing
- Processing of digital and physical files for marketing
- Maintain and upload photos and information to website
- Maintain company Customer Relationship Management Software
- Receives mail and prepares bank deposits
- Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate.
- Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, for the office and common areas
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Excel. QB experience desired, but not required.
- Familiarity with cloud based storage (Dropbox)
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience in administrative support roles
- Precise and detail oriented.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community with varying social, political, religious and cultural perspectives.
- Proficient in electronic storage and safeguarding of files.
- Ability to multitask with ease.
- Knowledge of virtual office management principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of Catholic or Liturgical traditions is a plus
- Willingness to try new things and learn

**OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, issues, and approaches in the area of expertise.

**Job Type**: Part-time; opportunities to work from home in future after training

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour; year end bonus

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
