**Chinese Speaking HR Director**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our dynamic team. As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR department, including strategic planning, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This pivotal leadership role will significantly influence our company culture and drive the success of our employees and organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Manage and enhance a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop, monitor, and refine HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a comprehensive employee benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as an HR Director, HR Manager, or other HR executive roles.
- Strong people-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and analytics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence in building and managing effective interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

**Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.

**Work Location**: In person
