**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients of all ages
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address clients' emotional and behavioral challenges
- Offer support and guidance to clients experiencing trauma or PTSD
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, including coding for billing purposes
- Provide crisis management interventions as needed

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid licensure as a counselor or therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT)
- Experience working with children and families is highly preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for medical documentation purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
