**Position Title: Administrative Team Specialist**
**Location: Normal**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Customer service phone representative
- Communicate with customers during rental process
- Help customers get to the correct person or department
Process rental returns
- Make sure items are returned in AIM
- Verify serial numbers, label, and move instruments into areas for repair
- Refund any payments to customers as necessary
- Follow up on any outstanding debt for the customers' contracts
Backup for Contract Data Entry
Payment Streams - Prepare quotes for student and Bravo Rentals
Run Credit Cards in AIM when applicable
Prepare payments for ACH
General office duties and clerical work
Special Projects as assignment by Operations Manager or members of the management team
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
- H.S. Diploma w/ Some College Credit
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License (DMV Check Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Gmail
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
**Physical Requirements**:
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
**Hours**:
- Saturday - 10:00 am - 5:00pm
- (4) Days during the week - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- One Weekday off - TBD
