Job Summary

Lifelong Access is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our pediatric clinic. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and coordinating client care with therapists and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting staff with questions.
  • Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments for therapy sessions.
  • Process client check-ins, verify insurance information, and collect copays or payments.
  • Coordinate with the billing department on client payments, insurance claims, or any discrepancies.
  • Manage therapy room scheduling and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures for the building and complete data entry tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working in an office setting, preferably in a medical environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with a safe driving record.
