**LOCATION**:Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid/remote schedule)

**SALARY RANGE**: $53,730 - $76,440 (commensurate with experience)

**ABOUT ALL CHICAGO MAKING HOMELESSNESS HISTORY (ALL Chicago MHH)**:
All Chicago MHH’s mission is to unite our community and resources to provide solutions that ensure and sustain the stability of home. On any given night, nearly 6,000 Chicagoans do not have a place to call home. These are our neighbors and together we can ensure that we all have stable homes.

All Chicago MHH prevents and ends homelessness through emergency financial assistance, community partnerships, data analytics, and training and research. We strengthen our community’s collective efforts to prevent and end homelessness, guided by a vision of impact, influence, and inspiration. As our name implies, All Chicago MHH brings together homeless service providers, non-profit partners, donors, and people with the lived experience of homelessness in a strategic effort to make homelessness history in Chicago.

**Position Summary**:

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- AME Coordination:_
- Works collaboratively with RRH Managers to determine partner agency capacity to accept additional households to serve
- Solicit participation of identified agencies.
- Train partner agencies on AME processes including matching, enrollment and use of the HIVE (All Chicago’s Apartment database).
- Coordinates with CES and Outreach teams / shelter providers to identify appropriate sites from which to generate participant referrals and corresponding sites for AME’s.
- Plans and implements in-person Accelerated Moving Events for people experiencing homelessness, including coordinating. event space, scheduling staff and partner agencies, and overseeing event operations.
- Act as on-site manager, communicate with partner providers / stakeholders, troubleshoot data / website access issues, resolve partner agency / participant concerns and check and out with site provider.
- Provides crisis intervention as needed.
- Supervise pre-housing associates (PHA’s) assisting with participant lease up process.
- Assign participants to PHA’s.
- Train and support PHA’s on lease up process and requirements.
- Participate in Case Conferencing calls to support addressing barriers to move in for AME participants.
- Other Duties:_
- Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and programmatic systems.
- Provide back-up support for other Program Team activities.
- Other duties as assigned to support the work, goals and mission of the All Chicago Program Team.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Justice or another related field is required. Master’s degree in one of these fields preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in the field(s) of homelessness service delivery and/or housing is strongly preferred.
- Experience with HUD-funded programming housing programming and accompanying regulations is preferred
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries, complaints, or concerns, as presented by staff, consumers, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, and ability to interact with a diverse audience.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Experienced in meeting or training facilitation
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
