This opportunity entails driving the execution, delivery and management of enterprise IT projects including project schedules, budgets, scope, resources, issues, communications and quality.What You’ll Do:Establishes and implementing project management processes and strategies for all technical projects.Analyzes project requirements and developing work schedules, milestones, and deliverables for the team.Delegates tasks and overseeing the daily operations of the technical team.Monitors team performance and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.Provides technical support and guidance to the team and clients as needed.Communicates project status and issues to senior management and clients.Evaluates project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future improvement.Performs other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 7 years of relevant experience, orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 6 years of relevant experience, orIn lieu of education, 11 years of relevant experience.What We Prefer:Familiar with backend development, server-side scripting, database concepts, and web server configuration  Strong understanding of Esri’s core products and enterprise solutionsExperience configuring and building Esri Experience Builder Developer applicationsExperience with Esri’s ArcGIS JavaScript API 4.XExperience with the Python programming languageFamiliarity with statistics and machine learning conceptsPrior consulting experienceExperience in the transportation planning industry or other public sector workBasic Project & Resource Management SkillsSolid Analytics and Reporting skills using MS OfficeAbility to manage medium/large complexity projectsAdditional InformationClick here for benefits information: HNTB Total RewardsClick here to learn more about EOE including disability and vetVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.#RN.Locations:Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Detroit, MI, East Lansing, MI (Lansing), Grand Rapids, MI, Indianapolis, IN, Kansas City, MO, Milwaukee, WI (East Wisconsin Avenue), Milwaukee, WI (St. Paul Avenue), New York, NY.The approximate pay range for New York is $105,065.91 - $205,417.32.
