**Sales Enablement Manager**

Actylis was created in September 2022 from the merger of eight experienced specialty manufacturing companies and three sourcing firms, integrated into a single entity. The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for leveraging technology to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. Additionally, this role will assist with the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the sales technology stack. The Sales Enablement, Manager will enable and train the sales teams, drive adoption while ensuring we have a strong change management and communication plan in place. This role will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure the sales organization positioned to meet its objectives as Actylis grows.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Evaluating, implementing, and integrating commercial technology such as the CRM, sales engagement platforms and CPQ technology. Driving adoption and usage across the sales/commercial tech stack.
- Developing and implementing strategies that enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness through the adoption of technology, systems, and tools.
- Ensuring the sales teams have the right tools, technology, and systems as well as training to be more effective and efficient.
- Working collaboratively with IT, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to implement and deliver programs that improve sales results.
- Supporting the development and execution of a global change management and communication plan.
- Working in an Agile environment to gather requirements, develop acceptance criteria, performance user acceptance testing, and schedule deployments of system enhancements.
- Project manage key technology and/or other sales enablement projects and initiatives.
- Functioning as the point of contact for Marketing and other key stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for the position of Sales Enablement Manager is $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- BA/BS Degree in any of the follow areas: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications or Information Systems
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Sales Enablement/Sales Operations
- B2B sales model experience
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM management and other sales and marketing technology
- Experience working in an Agile framework
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and leaders across the organization
- A collaborator who can motivate, train, and enthusiastically engage others in your mission
- Communicate with stakeholders across internal and external organizations to maintain alignment and provide feedback
- Proven record of success in technology, tool and system deployments, implementations, and continuous innovation
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences Tech
