We are one of the largest roofing companies in the state of Texas. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding our customer base and our continued growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Build Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and position our solutions effectively.
- **Conduct Consultative Sales**: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their roofing requirements, educate them about our products and services, and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- **Prepare and Present Proposals**: Create compelling proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of our roofing solutions, address client concerns, and demonstrate the value proposition for partnering with us.
- **Negotiate and Close Deals**: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project management process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Partner closely with internal teams, to deliver superior results.

- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
