**Responsibilities**:
Processes customer communications that contain information concerning their expectations and concerns regarding RPI products.

Customer communication should result in the customer feeling that his request of problem was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, if necessary, the customer may be referred to the Sales Manager for further communications.

Coordinates with Quality regarding customer return requests or rejection information.

Performs other duties as needed and directed by the Sales/Marketing Manager.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:
Knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Knowledge of management principles and practices.

Knowledge of Quality Policy, ISO9000, and AS9100 guidelines and regulations.

Knowledge of computer programs, such as the entire Microsoft Suite programs.

Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.

Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities.

Ability to make sound decisions using available information.

Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of product development.

5 Years Min. Experience in the Aerospace Fastener Industry is preferred.

Specialized knowledge of Governmental sales techniques and utilization of computers Microsoft Office and emphasis in Excel

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
