**What You’ll Do**:

- Monitor the monthly budget, including analyzing and reconciling variances and discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date budget spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
- Assist with the uploading of invoices to the internal dashboard
- Regularly communicate budget status updates to both the Account and Media teams
- Collaborate with various teams to support processes, ensuring consistent communication with the Account and Media teams on budget status updates

**Who You Are**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree
- You have worked 0-2 years in finance, accounting, marketing, or equivalent experience
- You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel functions such as editing, formatting, and creating and maintaining formulas; Google Suite; and the basics of Strata/Advantage billing systems
- Driven, enthusiastic, and eager to start your career journey
- A problem-solver who approaches challenges with a positive attitude
- Believes collaboration leads to great teamwork and greater ideas
- Enjoys a good challenge and sees numbers as an exciting puzzle, especially when collaborating with a supportive team
