Position Overview:

Compensation Details:
$35,000 - $47,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market analysis, focusing on competitor research and consumer behavior.
2. Develop engaging and informative content for diverse marketing platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and websites.
3. Oversee and engage with our social media channels, scheduling posts and interacting with our online audience.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
5. Assist in planning and executing events, including coordinating logistics and supporting on-site activities.
6. Help with data analysis and reporting to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
7. Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate within a team.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Previous experience or internship in marketing or a related field is advantageous.
