Job Overview:
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with animals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hours needed W, Thurs, Fri 3pm-11pm and Sat 7-3
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Check-in and check-out clients and their pets
- Collect and process payments
- Maintain accurate records of client information
- Assist with filing and organizing paperwork
- Provide general administrative support to the veterinary team
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
