Program Assistant Responsibilities:

- Monitor employees
- Monitor current company program/services
- Support Program Administrator with various tasks, projects and follow ups
- Assist and support HR with hiring employees, as needed
- Contact relevant vendors or service providers, as needed
- Provide employees with support to successfully complete their job duties
- Available after hours for emergencies, as needed

Program Assistant Requirements:

- A Masters degree in Human Services, Special Education, Psychology, Business or related field
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible work hours
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety laws.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
