About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, and assisting with prescribed home exercise programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Escalate patient concerns and issues to clinicians and the Clinic Director for prompt resolution.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant healthcare experience, such as Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, or hospital employment.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or service industry setting.
- Certified Personal Trainer experience is a plus.
