- Provides outstanding customer service to walk in customers and telephone inquiries
- Continuously practice good listening skills with customers and UPS store team members, and leadership.
- Take ownership of customers’ needs and offer viable solutions
- Learn to operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma required. You must be at least 18 years old to apply
- You must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office. Adobe suites preferred but not required.
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written skills. A good understanding of math and arithmetic.
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
- Willing / able to work 25-40 hours per week. Also work weekend availibility.
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Good project and time management skills
- Selling to customers’ needs. Retail customer service experience preferred.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Maintains a consistent professional appearance.
- Must come in with proper and required uniform (which will be provided upon hire).
