E-commerce Sales Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities are the fundamental tasks and responsibilities that are crucial for successfully performing the role.
- Demonstrate the Core Values of Comfort Research in daily actions, execution of tasks and interactions with others.
- Lead relationship with Salsify, including strategic management and further development.
- Take ownership of nurturing and managing the relationship with our review sampling partner.
- Ensure timely execution of the new item launch checklist and adherence to set timelines.
- Partner closely with the Marketing and Creative Teams to strategically optimize assets for maximum impact and effectiveness.
- Develop content scorecard and measurement assessments to track progress.
- Enhance findability through proactive SEO initiatives, driving increased visibility and accessibility.
- Track and analyze product page traffic, conversion rates, return rates, and page ranking, providing comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintain and analyze in-stock and buy box reporting to improve product availability.
- Manage content optimization priorities based on return verses resources required.
- Manage the business relationship and P&L for assigned emerging accounts aligned with channel strategy.
- Support operations and customer service as needed.

Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Sales, or Media Strategy & Operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required.
- Experience working with e-commerce channels preferred - Experience working with a PIM, preferably Salsify
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently - Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with mínimal direction.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Power BI (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
