**Who You Are**:
This is an hourly position with paid time off, and full healthcare benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
- Those who successfully graduate from our training program will be offered an Account Executive position where they will build up their own book of business and have the opportunity to make six figures_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up client meetings and calls between clients and key client relationship managers while supporting their pipeline for successful business development
- Participate in high-level conversations with specific stakeholders in charge of technology related projects
- Assist the sales support team in lead generation activities as deemed necessary while managing all activity in our CRM: Pipedrive
- Proactively seek new business opportunities across our market sectors

**Job Requirements**:
This role would be ideal for an individual with **no industry experience** who is hungry to start a sales career in the technology services industry.
- Comfort and willingness to cold-call is required
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Highly dependable with excellent time management skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail and process oriented is essential to succeed
- Problem solving and team building skills are required
- EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this role

**Additional Information**:
This is an **on-site** role at our Chicago office with regular business hours. _Once you graduate from our program, you may move to a hybrid schedule with a mixture of remote and on-site work._ We are located across the street from Oak Street Beach in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. In addition to a beautiful work environment, we offer full benefits, vacation time, paid holidays, and on-site gym membership. We do not offer a relocation package at this time.
