Administrative Associate

**Duties and Responsibilities**
These tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing administrative and logístical support for LWVMC monthly Board meetings, annual Board retreats, annual LWVMC all-member meetings, and LWVMC-sponsored events
- Interacting effectively, expeditiously, and respectfully with stakeholders, including LWVMC members as well as representatives from our statewide, regional, and national League of Women Voters organizations
- Generating reports, such as fundraising and membership
- Organizing and ordering office supplies as needed and ensuring that office equipment is in working order
- Handling sales of LWVMC merchandise, tracking invoices, and recording payments monitoring and recording donations under the guidance of the LWVMC Treasurer
- Training and supervising volunteers in the office
**Skills required**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously within specified deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills including flexibility and resourcefulness; attention to detail and process
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- English language proficiency required; proficiency in other languages, especially Spanish, a plus
- Ability to promote and support an inclusive workplace environment for individuals of all backgrounds and diverse perspectives.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with Club Express or similar association management platform; Zoom, Microsoft SharePoint, QuickBooks, Google Drive; Canva or other graphic design programs desirable.
**Education and Experience**:
An associate degree is preferred. A minimum of one year working in an office environment is required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
