**What You Will Do**:

- Utilize basic computer and lab equipment to perform quality checks.
- Take the lead in initiating and implementing systems to enhance the "Quality System."

- Continuously enhance processes, both individually and as part of a team.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental standards and requirements.
- Maintain day-to-day machine operations in line with Quality System policies and procedures.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring adherence to environmental procedures for yourself and your colleagues.

**What You Will Need**:

- Prior experience in a quality lab role is required. (Experience in the plastics industry is a plus)
- Basic lab equipment and computer knowledge are expected.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Must be able to continually stand, bend, walk, and stoop.
