About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at SWM International. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Complete quality control documentation as defined by company instructions.
  • Report any non-conformances or quality issues to Quality Assurance Management.
  • Provide quality leadership to the laminator team.
  • Verify and approve product labeling and line clearance activities.
  • Sample products according to company sampling plans and instructions.
  • Conduct process verification activities throughout the production line.
  • Communicate with production team members and Quality Control Leaders to address any quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality role.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills using Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility to work overtime.
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASQ Quality Certification.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
  • Knowledge of SPC.

Work Environment:

The Quality Control Inspector will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
