Overview:
**Duties**:

- Run errands. This would include driving up to 2 hours away occasionally. Delivering checks to projects in DE, NJ & PA. Picking things up as needed. Must have reliable transportation. Employee will be reimbursed by mile driven.
- Technical knowledge. Looking for someone that is able to troubleshoot basic problems with computer, printer, software, phones etc.

- Cleaning employee time DAILY. Must communicate with field employees daily.
- You will be provided with a cell phone which must be with you during work hours.
- Entering new employees and projects into office systems.
- Stocking the office kitchen with drinks / snacks.
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records. Taking out trash daily, cleaning and vacuuming weekly.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Assisting executives / owners with errands and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications**:(must have knowledge of the bold items.)**
- Experience with Exaktime.
- **Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role**
- Proficient in **QuickBooks**, **Microsoft 365**, Bluebeam, Foundations and **MS Office.**
- **Strong organizational skills** **with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently**
- **Must be able to manage yourself and your responsibilities.**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to transcribe accurately and **perform data entry tasks swiftly**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- **Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work**

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Familiarity with proofreading documents for errors
- **Experience in clerical duties such as typing and filing**

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
