This pivotal role involves serving as the primary executive for the campus, responsible for implementing the strategic vision of the health system. Key Responsibilities:
As the Chief Campus Officer, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical responsibilities that will drive the success of our Union Campus. Your primary duties will include:
- Fostering a campus culture that values diversity and inclusivity, addressing the unique needs of our workforce, patient population, and the surrounding community.
- Operationalizing the organization’s vision, values, and strategic objectives to achieve outstanding outcomes in a patient-centered environment.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Leading and facilitating change initiatives, both strategically and operationally.
- Engaging actively with community stakeholders and local authorities to address patient needs, focusing on access, experience, and essential services while considering social determinants of health.
- Overseeing the care environment in collaboration with facilities and support services, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the Chief Campus Officer position, candidates must possess:
- A Master’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing healthcare operations, finances, and development effectively.
- Progressive leadership experience within a hospital setting, demonstrating a successful track record in complex operational structures.
- Proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and influence across various stakeholders.
