This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. ### Responsibilities: - Assist with the preparation of concrete forms, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured - Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment - Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, screeds, and other hand tools - Operate power tools such as concrete saws, grinders, and drills - Assist with the installation of rebar and wire mesh reinforcement - Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment ### Requirements: - Previous experience working with concrete or in a similar construction role is preferred - Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and materials - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Familiarity with construction tools and equipment - Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed - Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials - Knowledge of other construction trades such as stucco, drywall, or roofing is a plus - Experience with hardscape installations or concrete pumping is an asset - Welding skills are desirable but not required If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for construction and a desire to learn and grow in the field of concrete work, we encourage you to apply.
