**Job Summary**

**Essential Functions**
- Develop and execute a calling and door knocking strategy for the assigned geographic area to expand to customer base and referral network of the company.
- Expand and Retain the agency relationships with real estate agents & brokers, real estate offices and mortgage lenders throughout the designated regional area.
- Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to their assigned customer base.
- Assess individual customer needs and develop, present and implement an actionable plan to meet those needs.
- become highly visible in their designated marketing area by attending real estate industry professional event and participating in business, community and real estate organizations.
- Display or demonstrate the company's products and service, using examples, catalog & training sessions and emphasizes the company's features and competitive market advantages.
- Effectively create, adapt and deliver group and individual presentations to customer groups, target agents, cooperating agents and others potential partners.

**Typical Education**
- High School Diploma, Collage degree preferred

**Typical Range of Experience**
- a Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

**License or Certification**
- Requires a valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
