Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional Quality, Service, & Cleanliness standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
  • Work together as a team to provide high-quality food in a timely manner.
  • Answer, report, and follow QC/Manager instructions.
  • Clean up station and complete all side work.
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
  • Follow all company policies and standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging warm service as a guest-oriented service representative.
  • Ring up orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Effectively present the full menu of choices to guests.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and adapt service style to achieve guest satisfaction.
  • Understand the 4 purposes of upselling and meet personal/team target sales goals.
  • Handle complaints, provide solutions, and alternatives to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
  • Provide pricing information, answer questions, and deal with difficult guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Ring up discounts, track coupons, save signed receipts, and collect cash/credit transactions.
