Regional Director of Worcester/springfield Uno's

The regional director is responsible for setting goals such as increasing sales and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store, managing store budgets, and ensuring that each store operates within the budget, among other duties. Developing sales incentives and sales competitions between the two locations. The regional Director should also have the ability to create themed events that drive operational excellence, creative dining experience and repeat guests and ultimately loyalty to the brand and restaurant.
**Regional Director’s Responsibilities**:
- Recruiting, training, and disciplining store managers.
- Ensuring pre-shift and weekly/monthly training of staff is completed and documented
- Ensuring operational efficiency in each store. Weekly walks which are documented
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates, revenue projections and annual budgets.
- Ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.
- Ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Managing a regional budget and ensuring that each store operates within the budget.
- Monitoring each store's P&L reports as well as P&L variance reports after receiving the reports.
- Addressing operational problems that arise.
- Liaising between regional branches and company headquarters.
- Ensuring that customer service levels are consistent across stores.
- Making recommendations to senior management.
- Develop strategies that will grow beverage sales
**Requirements**:
- Degree in business management or related field.
- 5+ years in food and beverage management.
- Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets.
- Leadership and decision-making ability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
**Regional Director should have**:
- Working knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building that includes both the front and back of the house.
- High level of integrity and business ethics
- The ability to recruit and develop personnel who will move the organization forward Strong analytical skills to assess situations, determine root cause, initiate plan of action, and follow through to resolve
- Excellent communication and delegating skills
- Strategic goal-setting skills
- The ability to make tough decisions in a fast-paced work environment
- A strong collaborative and team-building
- Regional Director: work a varied, 45/60-hour work week; operate well in a hands-on working environment; contribute efficiently toward P&L management, cash control/security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, and take appropriate action; recruit, interview, and hire team members; conduct performance evaluations; multitask and quickly prioritize tasks; and interact easily with guests.
