What You'll Contribute

What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee the administrative support team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide administrative support to department heads, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical records and files, including confidential information.
- Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative support team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
