Event Coordinator Assistant

**Job Title**:Event Coordinator Assistant
**Reports Directly to**: Conference Solutions Manager.
Cross-supervision is provided by the Event Planner.
**Department**: Conference Solutions
**Responsibilities**:
Fulfill reservation requests using Reserve (Room Reservation System).
Handle service inquiries for already booked conference rooms.
Be aware of event schedule and building activity.
Assist in preparing pre and post planning meeting files (estimates, diagrams, etc.)
Conduct planning meetings in the absence of Event Coordinator
Coordinate orders for additional/outsourced services.
Act as a liaison for event needs with vendors and other site entities.
Enforce policies and procedures related to reservations.
Attend mandatory meetings, trainings, events, and complete in-service curriculum requirements Perform other duties as assigned.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
Assist the Event planner with day-to-day activities and responsibilities as needed. Oversee the day-to-day operation.
Cross train with staff.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
