**Job Description**

In July 2021, iAdvize acquired , leader in the Space.

Live Shopping has proven its value for brands striving to enrich their digital customer journeys, strengthen their omnichannel strategies, and increase their online sales.

In some Asian countries like China, Live Shopping already drives more than 10% of the online sales and is growing 28% per year.

The Aploze vision consists in creating memorable customer experiences, allowing renown players like , , , , , , etc. to successfully engage with their communities and boost their new clients' acquisition.

In the context of digital transformation and the massive adoption of Messaging by Millenials and Gen Z, the mission of iAdvize is to make brands conversational. This acquisition strengthens our ability to support our clients, allowing us to create more authentic and hyper-personalized experiences at scale.

Following this acquisition, and to develop our solutions, we are seeking a Marketing (Live Shopping) Event Coordinator.

Your main missions will be to:

* Master the Live Commerce solution, keep up with its evolutions, and communicate them proactively to our partners.

* Follow the quality and the performance of the projects delivered by partners and ensure our clients and partners are satisfied.

* Coordinate the Live Shopping projects (pre- and post-live).

* Support our partners in the delivery of the projects and follow the usage of their clients.

* Build and implement a process of transmission of the service to our partners.

* Coordinate and produce pieces of content (best practices, testimonials) for our partners.

* Put in place a certification program for our partners.

* Build strong and long-term relationships with our strategic partners.

* Make sure that our partners stay engaged to enable them to retain and expand their clients.

* Follow the projects budgets and reports.

**Qualifications**

* You have at least one relevant and successful experience in the event industry, project management in a production agency, or a specialized marketing / communication agency.

* You are well organized and can deliver quickly on tight timelines.

* You are a good relationship builder and are able to keep multiple stakeholders on track.

* You are able to travel to our clients locations (in the US and Canada) as iAdvize will be present on-site while the first partners are being onboarded.

**Additional Information**

* Work location: Boston area preferred, open to remote

* **US Employment Visa required. We do not accept** **F1, J1, M1. We can accept OPT with one-year duration.**

* Type of Contract: Permanent contract, full time

* Salary: $60k-$70k +$5k bonus incentives, depending on experience
