**HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST - FULL-TIME**

Celebrate the Children, a school for children with alternative learning styles has an immediate full-time opening for a dynamic Human Resource Generalist to join our fast-paced team and work at our Denville campus.

**HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Work collaboratively with the HR Director and HR Staff on all aspects of recruitment, including.- Drive recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent at all levels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill open positions.-
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, social media, and community resources.-
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with recruitment practices.-
- Conduct the onboarding of newly hired employees, including but not limited to new hire orientation and processing of new hire paperwork.-
- Support day-to-day delivery of HR services.-
- Employee leave administration (all duties related to leave administration).-
- Workers compensation administration.-
- Coordinate and assist with department projects.-
- Support teachers, department managers, and administration with the annual performance process.- Complete other duties as assigned.

**HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree with at least (3) three years' work experience in HR.- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, and related software.-
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the school HRIS, ADP Workforce Now talent management system experience preferred.-
- Knowledge and experience with federal compliance reporting, OSHA, FLSA, DOL, EEOC, ERISA, FMLA, etc.-
- Excellent reporting, communication, and writing skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks with exceptional follow-up skills.
