HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Work collaboratively with the HR Director and HR Generalist on all aspects of recruitment (including job postings, interviewing, screenings, background checks, and all aspects of recruitment).
- Coordinate onboarding of newly hired employees, including but not limited to new hire orientation and processing of new hire paperwork.
- Support day-to-day delivery of HR services.
- Coordinate and assist with HR department projects.
- Act as liaison between HR and employees - ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
- Support with employee recognition events.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the school HRIS, ADP Workforce Now talent management system.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
