Job Summary:
As the Office and Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse while managing office duties. This role is perfect for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling various responsibilities from processing orders to manufacturing products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Efficiently handle the processing and shipping of 4 to 5 orders daily.

2. Receiving Shipments: Manage and organize the receipt of 4 to 5 shipments weekly.

3. Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers by providing product samples, processing orders, and handling credit card transactions.

4. Production: Spend approximately 3 to 4 hours daily manufacturing products according to specific formulation sheets.

5. Communication: Maintain consistent communication with the head office regarding the status of inbound and outbound shipments.

6. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and preparedness.

7. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and clean, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

**Required Skills**:
1. Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

3. Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.

4. Physical fitness to lift and move items weighing 50 to 60 pounds.

5. Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills; Spanish language skills are a significant plus.

6. Previous experience in the building material industry is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
