Currently, **ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Process Improvement Specialist **to join our team in the **DMV area. **We have opportunities in the** Washington, DC area** as well as **Northern Virginia and Maryland**. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
The Process Improvement Specialist supports quality management activities. They have experience with CMMI for development and services; ISO 9000; root-cause analysis and corrective action development; process auditing and procedure compliance; conducting quality inspections of products and deliverables; process development activities; JCIDS document development; and the Technology Data Package Design process. They identify risks and support mitigation planning. They are assigned work by the Continual Improvement Manager and complete those assignments in support of the ICON TDL projects. The Process Improvement Specialist is a journeyman experienced in various areas of Continual Improvement for products and deliverables. The Process Improvement Specialist takes direction from more senior personnel.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Relevant industry standard certifications such as Quality Assurance (ASQ) Certification.
**Clearance Requirements**:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
