Bilingual Case Staffing Coordinator

Great opportunity to work with an established agency as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Case Staffing Coordinator. You will have the opportunity to provide much needed services for the developmentally disabled within the state of California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. Position is located in Goodyear, Arizona
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibility of ensuring all consumers are staffed with a behavior technician.
- Consulting with Case Specialists, Intake Specialist and Program Administrator to assign consumers to behavior technicians and ensure consumer support.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including availability and skill sets
- Communicate with employees regarding schedule changes and updates
- Provide excellent customer support to both employees and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Extensive experience assigning consumers to behavior technician and ensuring customer support.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
