**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Management**: Create and maintain visuals consistent with our overarching branding including pamphlets, trade show booth designs, banners, and more. Ensure that all created marketing materials align with our brand guidelines and brand voice.
- **Social Media Management and Reporting**:Lead the development, curation, and day-to-day management, and reporting of our owned social media content across social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter) in alignment with our broader sales and marketing strategies.
- **Digital Reputation Management**: Proactively monitor and manage digital public forums where SafeRide is listed including but not limited to Google My Business, Glassdoor, Bing, etc.
- **Marketing Automation** and Reporting**:Support the Marketing and Sales teams in maintaining our CRM and marketing automation software platform, including building and maintaining content landing pages, marketing automation sequences, CRM hygiene efforts, and regular reporting on campaign and content performance.
- **Search Engine Optimization**:Support our Marketing team with keyword research and execution, on-page optimizations, and other key maintenance to continue to bolster SafeRide’s search engine positioning among key areas that align with our broader marketing strategies.
- **Research** and Monitoring**: Contribute to ongoing market research and monitoring to populate campaign, content, and strategic communications initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Familiarity with the value of thought leadership and how it supports marketing and sales
- Experience with visual and brand design platforms (Figma preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Extremely detail-oriented with an eye for typos, grammar, and inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across functions
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to constant change; self-driven and motivated
- Proactive, encouraging team player with a positive attitude and drive for self-improvement
- Unafraid to suggest creative new ideas and receptive to feedback and coaching
