Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Prelude Fertility team, responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, social media, and digital presence
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a Marketing Action Plan and Marketing Budget
  • Lead point of contact in relationships with outside marketing agencies and/or vendors
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing materials, including advertisements, newsletters, and promotional items
  • Lead all aspects of patient-focused community events
  • Develop and generate reporting mechanism for practice statistics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Previous experience in the fertility industry and/or interfacing with OB/GYN's preferred
