**Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire a Customer Experience Coordinator**

**POSITION**: Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is actively looking to hire a Customer Experience Coordinator for their busy, fast-growing service department. Job responsibilities include:

- Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
- Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts / Rental Department.
- Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.
- Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/ or recall appointments.
- Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.
