**Job Summary**:
As a Territory Sales Manager in the HVAC industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with contractors who install and service these products. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B and outside sales, specifically within the HVAC or a similar industry. Retail sales experience will not be considered for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors and key decision-makers
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B and outside sales within the HVAC industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of successful experience in B2B and outside sales in the HVAC or similar industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within the designated territory
