**Main Purpose**
**Key job responsibilities**
- Collections & collection notes
- Customer holds
- New customer account set up
- Customer Credit Rating Reviews
- Credit Balance/Amounts Review
- Meetings with Sales Managers
- Refunds
- Demand Letters
- Assist in year-end audit process
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of collections experience
- Management of high number and volume of accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and follow through
- Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required
**Physical Requirements**
- Sitting for long periods of time
