- Negotiate with clients to develop customized payment plans and maintain open communication with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
