The Indirect Sourcing Manager for Indirect Services and Materials is responsible for leveraging spend across the business, creating and executing strategic cost savings projects and driving out cost within the category of indirect material professional services. The role has the core responsibilities of leading the Indirect Sourcing team of Category Leaders and Analysts, implementing effective sourcing strategies that meet global business objectives, driving significant spend and working capital improvement, and developing and deploying the (COE) Center of Excellence for the Center-Led strategic Sourcing organization enhancing process, policy & procedure, and systems across the business. This role will require travel as needed for the successful completion of all duties.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- (40%) Develops and deploys the (COE) Center of Excellence for the Center Led strategic Sourcing organization enhancing process, policy, procedure, and systems across the business.
- Develops and deploys the 3-5 Year strategic roadmap.
- Recruits, Trains, Develops and Leads the team.
- (30%) Develops & leads strategy for centralized indirect professional services and related materials,
- Engaging functional and business leaders from each Americas Residential sites to ensure business requirements and functional metrics are met.
- Identifies sourcing opportunities with HHI functional leaders for cost improvement through competitive market pricing, innovation and process improvement.
- (30%) Leads Indirect Sourcing team to Perform and project manage sourcing events from inception to implementation. Includes:

- Project charter / discovery. Create team (stakeholders), review spend data and define indirect sourcing strategy.
- Identify potential suppliers; prepare and conduct RFP/RFQ.
- Negotiations for best overall total cost of indirect materials, service and delivery along with contract negotiations in the form of terms and conditions or master purchase agreements.
- Review and prepare Capital Asset Requests to ensure proper procurement protocol has been followed.
- Present supplier recommendation for approval and contract award.
- Contract implementation and compliance.
- Oversees the manage strategic supplier relationships (i.e. 3rd party agencies, service & indirect material providers).
- Evaluate, measure, and report Supplier performance metrics and scorecards.
- Supports requests from functional departments for critical purchases and support
- Contract reviews for T&C compliance, SOW (Purpose, description, pricing, delivery, supplier and Spectrum’s delivery).

**Education and Experience Profile**
- A bachelor's degree in a business or technical field; MBA is desirable with 5 years relevant experience in Procurement at a corporate level; and 3-5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement and/or for professional services specifically within marketing, travel & entertainment, IT services, facilities, MRO, human resources and related service categories required. Demonstrated team leaderships required.

- A bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement and 3 - 5 years of commodity management experience in Indirect Procurement for professional services specifically within marketing, travel & entertainment, IT services, facilities, MRO, human resources and related service categories required. Five years indirect sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in multi-site operating environment; global experience a plus. Demonstrated team leaderships required.
- Experience in structuring contracts, collaborating with Legal reviews and managing business relationships
- Contract negotiation and management expertise to review and negotiate for Terms and Conditions (T&C) compliance and Statement of Work (SOW) clarity.
- A Certificate Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or other related professional certification, completed or in progress is preferred.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt certification completed or in progress is a plus.
- Experience in supply chain operations and/or management is plus.

**Required Skills**:

- Teamwork -must be willing and able to work closely with other departments, peers, etc.
- Considerable knowledge in marketing, travel & entertainment, IT services, facilities, MRO, human resources and related service categories required; ability to understand supply, markets, price, and commodity trends, with the ability to understand market events and develop both long-range strategy and short-term contingency plans.

- Proven negotiation skills required.
- Strong analytical skills required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make presentations and influence people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities that often have competing priorities.
