We are seeking an insightful individual for a new Customer Support Representative role that serves as the single point of contact for our various telecommunication clients. As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist in the development and execution of customer service and sales strategies to enhance the client’s brand and expand their footprint throughout the San Diego area. You will report directly to the Senior Client Account Manager and will be responsible for delivering superior customer service to increase the new customer acquisition for our clients.

**Customer Support Representative Responsibilities**:

- Provide superior customer service and complete the sales lifecycle from prospecting and initiating communication to closing the account and following-up
- Attend daily and weekly meetings to keep a working knowledge of all new products, services, and promotions available
- Establish and maintain long-lasting client accounts by developing a sense of trust and reliability
- Analyze industry trends to stay current on the latest consumer needs and develop a cutting edge against fellow competitors
- Actively listen to client concerns to clarify information and follow up with thoughtful product and service recommendations to best suit individual demands
- Prepare proposals, reports, or presentations demonstrating the potential value of our services compared to competitors
- Document all client interactions and report to management staff with trends and areas of improvement to increase sales revenue and client satisfaction

**Customer Support Representative Requirements**:

- Customer service, sales, or client relations experience
- Proven ability to use consultative sales and active listening skills to build relationships and overturn objections confidently
- Confident in presenting product proposals to potential new customers
- Driven, motivated, and resilient personality
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability the thrive independently
- Superior communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage and build excitement with clients in a professional manner

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week

Shift:

- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
