As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication within our organization. **Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Gather and record accurate information from callers.
- Dispatch appropriate personnel to respond to calls or incidents.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with field staff.
- Monitor and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Make outgoing phone calls to provide updates, relay information, and facilitate coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Respond to emergency situations with a calm and efficient demeanor.
- After Hours shifts are part of the job requirements

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Proficient in using communication equipment and computer systems.
- Familiarity with geographic locations and map reading skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
