We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.

**What youll be doing**:

- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and hiring criteria.
- Attract applicants by placing job postings, using social media, job sites, college job boards, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system and staying current on updates and communicating changes, as necessary to the communities.
- Assist with training all new Hiring Managers on the applicant tracking system.
- Adhere to the recruiting process to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

**What youll bring to the table**:

- Associate’s degree plus two (2) to three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of applicable federal and state laws/regulations and industry standards.
- Prior knowledge of applicant tracking software programs required.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
- Working knowledge of the healthcare field, preferably Assisted Living.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand the English language and be able to communicate effectively.
- Independent, self-starter, but also a team player. Able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain a high-level of integrity and trust and exercise sound judgment
